Terms and Conditions for CompuClinic

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by CompuClinic ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

 

1. Service Description

CompuClinic provides computer, laptop, phone, and tablet repair services ("Services"). Our technicians will diagnose and repair electronic devices based on the issues reported by you, the customer. We strive to provide high-quality repair services, but we cannot guarantee that all repairs will be successful.

 

2. Service Process

  • Diagnosis: We will evaluate your device to diagnose the issue and provide a repair quote.

  • Repair: If you approve the quote, we will proceed with the repair. Repairs will be conducted using industry-standard methods and may involve replacement parts.

  • Completion: We will notify you when the repair is completed, and your device is ready for pickup or delivery.

 

3. Service Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on our repair services. The warranty period and terms will be specified in your repair quote or receipt. The warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not extend to other parts or issues.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate information about the issues with your device to enable an accurate diagnosis and repair.

  • Backup: It is your responsibility to back up your data before submitting your device for repair. We are not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.

 

5. Payment

  • Quotes: Repair quotes provided are valid for a specific period. If you approve the quote after this period, the quote may be subject to change.

  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept various payment methods, as specified at the time of payment.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CompuClinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
